Partner-readiness guides
Preparation guides for evaluating sponsor-bank, processor, and network-counterparty conversations without implying placement or approval.
Sponsor-bank readiness begins with a well-defined product and an honest operating model. A team should be able to explain its customers, funds flow, responsibilities, controls, support paths, evidence, and unresolved assumptions without implying approval or fit.
Processor evaluation works best when a team can describe the product behavior, required interfaces, authoritative records, exception paths, service ownership, and change process it needs to evaluate.
Network-counterparty readiness requires a clear product and participation model, a map of routing and records, and named owners for rules, disputes, reporting, change, and escalation.
